MoD Lyneham will provide an exciting track and provide newcomers and seasoned track day drivers with an exciting new challenge.

Previosuly RAF Lyneham was home to the magnificent Hercules transport aircraft, the station closed in December 2012 however the Army and currently in occupation.

Conveniently located close to the M4 this active military site it set to become a firm favourite and we are thrilled to be hosting events here.

There is a petrol station within 2 minutes of the track and there are plenty of local Hotels and B&B's.

Access will be via the alternative access gate entrance as directed in the final instructions not through the main gate and details of all guests must be submitted to us no later than 48 hours prior to the event by email.  We require guests names and the car make, model, colour and registration number that they will be travelling in.  Guests must also bring photo ID of either a photo driving licence or passport.  If a guest is not on the list they will not be allowed to enter the site. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is an active military site and we cannot deviate from these rules.

ENTRY AND EXIT is only permitted between 08.00-10.00, 12.30-14.30 and 16.00-18.00 guests cannot enter or exit the site outside of these times.

The strict rule at Lyneham is 102dB(A) at 0.5 metres and at 4500 rpm, for motorcycle engine cars we require this to be 3/4 of maximum rpm. Additionally cars that rev over 7500 rpm plus rotary type engines and V-tec type engines will also be tested at 3/4 of maximum rpm. Whilst officially no drive-by monitoring will take place the Event Manager reserves the right to remove any car from the track and prohibit further track driving if a car is deemed to be causing excessive noise that may cause long term harm to the venue. If you have doubts about conforming to this please contact us ASAP. These rules will be enforced rigidly, so if you have any doubts either consider adding extra silencing or do not come. There will be noise testing for everyone prior to track driving commencing. Please note that we do not allow any race or competition cars to participate only cars which meet a road legal standard (cars which are both race or rally cars and also road legal are permitted). THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note that if you require a silencer to pass the noise test you must keep this in place all day. Removal will result in your car being excluded from the track for the rest of the day.

Lyneham is very well located being within easy reach of the M4 motorway.
